This century-old botanic garden set amid culturally diverse neighborhoods sought to enhance its visitor experience and highlight its outstanding research. With Main Street Design of Boston, JCC&A developed the Garden’s first interpretive master plan with recommendations for visitor orientation, interpretation by staff and volunteer guides, signage, and new media.
